Are you insured and covered by WCB?
Yes! We carry both liability insurance and WCB coverage.
Do you have ISA certified Arborists?
Yes! There is an ISA Certified Arborist on every crew and one of the owners has been a Registered Consulting Arborist for over a decade, so our crew members are lucky to be well educated.
My trees are really tall, how will you do the work?
We have a bucket truck with a 70 foot boom. We also have skilled climbers on the team. In extreme cases, we can arrange for a lift or crane if needed.
I have a birds nest in my tree. What now?
If we know there are babies in the tree, regardless of what they are; birds, squirrels etc. We will post pone your work until the babies have left their nest if we are not able to work around them.
I have a cat stuck in my tree, can you help?
We are able to help if we are in the area and have time. Please note that we will charge you for the service. We recommend you leave the cat alone for an extended period of time. Cats are excellent climbers and should be able to get themselves down if left alone! Do not go out and check on the cat every few hours. This will only cause the cat to refuse to come down or climb higher.
How much does it cost to prune or remove a tree?
The cost of pruning or removing a tree can vary depending on the size, type, and location of the tree, as well as the extent of the work that needs to be done. For this reason, we recommend having a certified arborist assess the tree in person to provide the most accurate estimate. If an in-person assessment isn't possible, you can email or text us a photo and we will try to provide a quote this way.
What happens if something gets damaged on my property during the tree work?
We ask that you remove all movable objects from the work zone to keep them safe. We will take preventative measures to ensure property damage does not happen. This may include sheets of plywood, not working in high winds, etc. If damage does occur we will do everything in our power to make it right and repair the damage.
