Lately I have been listening to a podcast called Trees are Key. In one of their episodes, questions are key; they talk about how important asking questions are. All I could think was “damn he’s so right”.
We must ask a lot of questions to ensure we are on the same page as our customers. Often when we get quote requests, they are very broad. It is up to us to dig deeper and ask lots of questions. What does it mean when someone says they want their trees pruned. One person may want the deadwood removed from the tree. Another person may want the canopy raised up so they can get the lawn mower under the tree. And someone else may want something else. In order to give our customers the best service, Questions are Key!
