Remember those days in the summer when its 30+ outside. Everyone wishes they had a pool in their yard! Trees are not just planted in the city to look nice. They also help to reduce heat in the City! WHAT! It sure doesn’t feel that way! LOL
The heat from the sun is absorbed and radiates off the concrete and asphalt in the city making it hotter! The trees help balance the heat by absorbing and using the heat and proving shade in the city. Without trees, those 30+ days would be MUCH HOTTER!
